We are now in the position to send out the Schedule for the 2024/25 Bardi Season and so it is attached to the members page on the website now with this message:
This gives information on the 4 De Montfort Hall, Young Musician and LGS student concerts – six in all.
We are also intending to hold a Workshop again on one of the two Saturdays during the February’25 Half Term. Details to be confirmed.
You will also see at the end of the Schedule, the four De Montfort Hall dates for the 2025/26 Season.
I also wanted to go through the timings for the launch of the new season…
Under the title ’New Horizons’, everything will go live at De Montfort Hall on Friday 24th May.
For the first time in some years, there will be a subscription deal to buy tickets for all 4 DMH concerts for a 15% reduction.
We will also have the usual code for players to get the £2 discount on full price tickets for individual concerts.
There is also a completely new design look for the Bardi brand including new logos for the Orchestra, Wind Orchestra and Young Musician competition.
This will be seen for the first time on pull ups in the foyer at the concert on Sunday afternoon together with a season brochure and the poster for the first concert of the season on Sunday 6th October.
More details of the new season will be sent out next week before the Friday 24th May launch.
