Elgar’s The Dream of Gerontius was performed at De Montfort Hall on Sunday 16th October to great acclaim. For the first time Leicester’s three major choirs, The Leicester Philharmonic Choir, Leicester Bach Choir and Leicestershire Chorale performed at the same time in De Montfort Hall, Leicester.
