Leicester Grammar School Concert

Leicester Grammar School London Road, Great Glen, Leicestershire

This is the Bardi's third concert at Leicester Grammar School as part of the Orchestra's unique association with the school. Head of Music David Whittle will be Guest Conductor in a performance of the Symphony in D minor by Cesar Franck and as a contrast, the suite from Bernstein's West Side Story. As in previous Bardi/LGS concerts, students from the school will be performing concerto movements and short solo pieces with the Orchestra.

A Christmas Festival

The annual Christmas Festival Concert at Holy Trinity Church has become one of the hilights of the Bardi concert season. This year the concert will be again conducted by David Calow with seasonal readings by John Florance.
